Lay lining flat with WS facing up. Lay outer layer on top with RS facing up. Lining should extend about ½” out from each side edge of outer layer. Using B, sew side edges of pieces tog. Insert 2 layers of batting between outer layer and lining, making sure that they lie flat. Pin bound-off and cast-on edges tog. Lining edges will roll back to RS. Using tapestry needle and B, insert needle from WS to RS at each DD of outer layer, then back from RS to WS. Repeat this twice more, anchoring all the layers tog at these points. Sew cast-on and bound-off edges tog.
