sl center 23(22-23-22-26-26-26) sts to a holder, join another ball of yarn and k to the end.
Neckband: With RS facing, sl first 22(21-22-21-23-23-23) sts from back holder onto circular needle without working them. Knit last 21(21-21-21-23-23-23) sts from holder, pick up and k13(14-13-14-14-14-14) sts along the left front neck edge, k23(22-23-22-26-26-26) sts from front holder, pick up and k13(14-13-14-14-14-14) sts along the right front neck edge, then k the remaining 22(21-22-21-23-23-23) sts of back neck- 92(92-92-92-100-100-100)sts.
