FINISHED MEASUREMENTS
Bust – 48(53-1/4-58-1/2)”.
Length – 27(27-1/2-28)”.
Note: This garment is purposely oversized.

MATERIALS
BERROCO PLUSH (50 grs), 8(9-10) balls #1917 Cyberspace Blue (MC) and 1 ball #1901 Crema (CC).
29” and 16” length circular knitting needles, size 10 OR SIZE TO OBTAIN GAUGE.
1 set double point knitting needles (dpn), size 10.
2 St Markers in different colors. Note: This is so you can tell beg of round from the other side seam.

GAUGE
3 sts = 1”; 4 rows = 1” in St st.
TO SAVE TIME, TAKE TIME TO CHECK GAUGE.

NOTE 1
This garment is worked circularly to underarms. At that point, sleeve sts are added to body sts and yoke is worked all in 1 piece.

NOTE 2
When changing colors, always hold color to the left and pick up new color from underneath. This twists yarn so there are no holes.

NOTE 3
Always carry yarn not in use LOOSELY across back of work. Where yarn must be carried across more than 3 sts, twist colors to avoid long loops.

BODY
With longer circular needle, using MC, cast on 144(160-176) sts. Join, being careful not to twist sts. Mark for beg of round and carry marker up. Work in k1, p1 ribbing for 1”.
Next Rnd: K72(80-88), place 2nd marker (for side seam), k to end. Join CC and work even in St st (k EVERY rnd), following Chart 1 until 19 rnds have been completed. Drop CC and work even in St st with MC until piece measures 17” from beg.
Shape Armholes: Bind off 4 sts, k to 4 sts before 2nd marker, bind off 8 sts, dropping marker, k to 4 sts before 1st marker and bind off 4 remaining sts. Leave original marker on needle. You should now have front and back sections each consisting of 64(72-80) sts separated by 2 sets of 8 bound-off sts. These sts form the underarm and will be sewn to sleeve underarms in finishing. Leave all sts on longer needle and set aside.

SLEEVES
With dpn’s, using MC, cast on 36 sts. Divide sts evenly between 3 needles and join, being careful not to twist sts. Mark for beg of round and carry marker up. Work even in k1, p1 ribbing for 1”. K the next row, inc 4 sts evenly spaced around – 40 sts. Join CC and work in St st, following Chart 1 until 19 rows of chart have been completed. Drop CC and work in St st with MC, inc 1 st each side of marker on the next rnd, then every 6th rnd 6 times, then every 8th rnd once. Work even on 56 sts until sleeve measures 17” from beg.
Shape Cap: Bind off 4 sts, k to 4 sts before marker, bind off 4 sts – 48 sts. Sl all sts to holder, dropping marker.

YOKE
Note: When there are too few sts to fit comfortably on longer circular needle, change to shorter needle.
Joining Rnd: Sl marker, with MC, k64(72-80) sts of back, k48 sts from 1st sleeve holder, k64(72-80) sts of front, then k48 sts from 2nd sleeve holder – 224(240-256) sts. (Marker will now be at back right shoulder seam.) K0(2-4) rnds with MC. Join CC and work in St st, following Chart 2 until 13 rnds of chart have been completed.
1st Dec Rnd: With MC, knit, dec 80(88-96) sts evenly spaced around – 144(152-160) sts. Work in St st, following Chart 1 until 19 rnds of chart have been completed.
2nd Dec Rnd: With MC, knit, dec 78 sts evenly spaced around – 66(74-82) sts. Work in St st, following Chart 3 until 5 rows of chart have been completed. Drop CC. With MC, k the next row, dec 0(4-8) sts evenly spaced around – 66(70-74) sts. Work even in k1, p1 ribbing for 5”. Bind off all sts loosely in ribbing.

FINISHING
Sew bound-off sts of body to bound-off sts of sleeves.
